CAREFUL WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Tomyhome will ship the products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any inconvenience in the delivery of your order, we ask that you pay close attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your purchase.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

Please make sure that someone is available at the address to receive your products. Logistics companies make up to three delivery attempts. If no one is available during any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the agency closest to the address, and in this case, the recipient must pick it up within up to 7 calendar days. If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to the sender and a new shipping payment will be required for the product to be resent.

All details related to the delivery attempts, as well as the address of the agency where the recipient must pick up the package in case of absence, will be available in the order tracking, which can be checked using the tracking code provided.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Tomyhome is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In these cases, the package will be returned to the sender and no new delivery attempts will be made.

Attention: If the delivery is not completed due to errors in the address provided, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. A new shipping payment, shipping cost plus fee, will be required to resend the product.

PROCESSING TIME

After your order is processed and payment is confirmed, the following steps are: preparation, packaging, and shipping. This process usually takes between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the quantity of products in the order and the type of products, since some may require more preparation time.

SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING CODE

You will receive the tracking code at the email address registered in the purchase within up to 5 business days after the order is processed. Tracking updates provided by the logistics company may not be reflected immediately, so there may be delays in the information shown.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time for your region is informed at checkout, when entering your postal code. This timeframe may vary depending on the time of year and the efficiency of deliveries in each region. External factors such as strikes, health or humanitarian crises, weather conditions, risk areas, or holidays may extend the delivery time.

ORIGIN

Tomyhome ships directly from its local warehouses. In some cases, an order may be delivered in two or more shipments, since the products may be shipped from different logistics options. In that case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS

The products sold by Tomyhome are delivered by partner logistics companies. However, in situations such as recipient absence, delivery restrictions in the region, or incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the order at the nearest agency.

If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for special attention when entering your information. In the event of an address error that prevents delivery, the responsibility will be the customer's.

Logistics companies normally make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery is not completed, the product will remain available for pickup at the nearest agency for up to 7 days. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
