This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Tomyhome may issue refunds for purchases made through its online store.
1. Cases Where a Refund Applies
Tomyhome may grant a refund only in the following cases:

The product received has verifiable manufacturing defects.

The delivered product does not match the one ordered.

The order was canceled by Tomyhome before shipment.

The product was damaged during transportation, provided it is reported in accordance with this policy.
Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction, improper use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer.
2. Conditions to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

The request must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging, all accessories included, and labels intact.

A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Tomyhome reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product before approving any refund.
3. Refund Process

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

The refunded amount will correspond only to the product value, excluding shipping costs, unless the error is attributable to Tomyhome.
4. Non-Eligible Products for Refund
Refunds do not apply to:

Products showing signs of use, alteration, or third-party intervention.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted before the product is shipped. Once dispatched, the Returns and Exchanges Policy will apply.
